SINCE 1970
The Founding Partners of our firm are Att. Eduardo Raimundo Hooft and Att. María del Carmen Suárez de Hooft. Both are former members of the Judiciary and full professors at the School of Law Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. They have been actively working since they started their professional practice in 1970.
Since 2000, Drs. Eduardo Raimundo Hooft Suárez and Erika Agnes Hooft Suárez joined as Partner Members, expanding the management core.

Eduardo Raimundo Hooft
Founding Partner
Doctor in Law and holder of several chairs belonging to the undergraduate and doctoral career of the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata and the Universidad Notarial Argentina. Throughout his law career, he has been recognized as an excellent student, professional and professor. He has published more than sixty books and participated in more than sixty national and international conferences.
María del Carmen Suárez de Hooft
Founding Partner
She is a lawyer and a teacher. She has worked as Secretary of the Federal Court and Federal Prosecutor in Mar del Plata. She is a member of AADI [Argentinean Association of International Law] and a registered mediator at the Mar del Plata Bar Association.
Erika Agnes Hooft Suárez
Partner Member
Since 2002 she has been working as a lawer and has been part of both national and international cases. Several of them are of great legal relevance and media coverage. She has specialized in Family Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata in 2005.
Assistant professor of the subject Civil and Commercial Companies at the School of Law and the School of Economics, from 2006 to 2010.
