MORE THAN 50 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The Law Firm was founded by the spouses, Att. María del Carmen Suárez de Hooft, and Att. Eduardo Raimundo Hooft in the 80’s. Both worked since the 70’s as members of the Judiciary in Argentina: she was Federal Prosecutor and he was First Instance Civil and Commercial Judge. Years later, they started their career together in an independent way.

They have both been professors of International Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Mar del Plata since the late 60’s. Currently retired from teaching, they remain active as consultants at Hooft Suárez Law Firm, which they proudly founded, and which has achieved success and recognition as one of the best law firms in Argentina.

For more than twenty years, Att. Erika Agnes Hooft Suárez, specialist in Family and Intellectual Property Law, and Att. Eduardo R. Hooft Suárez, specialist in Civil and Commercial Law, have been active members.
